Dr. Mohamed Hassanein is the founding CEO and Managing Partner of Hassanein & Partners Law Firm. He brings a distinguished combination of judicial experience, academic excellence, and international legal engagement. Having served as a Magistrate in the Egyptian judiciary, Dr. Hassanein has developed a deep and practical understanding of the Egyptian legal system.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Hassanein has advised multiple government agencies and has contributed to legal education and professional training at universities across Egypt. He currently serves as Vice President of the Pan African Lawyers Union for North Africa and maintains active memberships in leading international legal associations, including the UIA International Association of Lawyers, the BRICS Legal Forum, the World Law Jurist in Madrid, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
